Fencing Classes

Novice 1 is perfect for people with no prior fencing experience. The Intermediate course, which is intended as a follow-on for the Novice 1 class, or for people with some prior fencing experience. The necessary fencing equipment is provided for these courses-- there is no need to purchase any gear to participate. Recommended attire is a t-shirt, athletic shoes, and sweat/training pants.

Categories of Students

Novice Youth Fencers: 10-15 years old. Younger than ten needs to interview with instructor.

Novice Family: Some parents may wish to take classes with their child. We encourage this idea.

Novice Adult: 16 and above. Just want to play with the big kids? This is the one for you.

Intermediate: Completed the novice course here or at another school, wanting to continue to build skills and engage in practice bouting.
